When I did get to the room I had some difficulty with the keycard not working, then the television did not work at all.
The staff just stood there, no help at all with my luggage. Upon arrival the entry was blocked with Several cars which made it hard to maneuver around them. the service was awful to the say the least. This hotel is not very friendly towards people with disabilities.
